Bathrooms and tiling, done in one run rather than five visits.

Full bathroom refits from £4,450 and wall and floor tiling from £38/m² in Doncaster. Wet rooms, walk-in showers, large-format porcelain. Plumbing, tanking, plastering, tiling, joinery and decorating all done by me.

Five trades. One schedule. One week.

Ask any bathroom company how long a refit takes and they'll say two to three weeks. That's not because the work takes three weeks. It's because the plumber, tiler, plasterer, joiner and decorator are all on other jobs and the bathroom waits between them. I'm all five. The room goes from stripped to finished in five to eight working days because the next trade is already in the room.

The other thing about being all five is that nobody's blaming anyone else. If the tiler says the plasterer left the wall out of flat, that's me talking to myself. The wall gets flattened. The tanking goes over the whole shower floor, corner to corner. The boxing-in around the pipes is a proper joinery job, not three bits of MDF and some caulk.

Electrics are done by my electrician, who's been in most of the bathrooms I've done. He's in for half a day and he certifies his work. You still ring me.

Questions
How much is a new bathroom in Doncaster?

From £4,450 for the labour and installation materials on a standard family bathroom, with you buying the suite and tiles. Most of what I do lands between £7,000 and £11,000 all in.

Can you supply the suite and tiles?

Yes, at trade prices from local suppliers, or you choose and buy them yourself. Either way I'll check what you've picked fits the room before it's ordered.

Do you do small tiling jobs?

Yes. A kitchen splashback, a hallway floor, re-tiling a shower. From £38/m² plus preparation. A minimum of a day's work.

Will you fit a bathroom in a rental?

Yes. I work with a couple of landlords in Doncaster on turnarounds between tenants, and I own a rental myself so I know what needs doing and what doesn't.
