Photos and a postcode is enough to start. I reply to most enquiries the same day, and I'll come and look at anything that needs looking at.
What happens next
I'll look at your photos and either give you a price straight away (soakaways, turf, small tiling jobs) or suggest a time to come round (patios, drives, bathrooms, kitchens, anything structural). Visits are free and usually in the evening or on a Saturday so you don't have to take time off. You'll get a written quote with a fixed price, what's included, and how long I'll be on site.
I'm one person, so I book jobs in order. Spring and summer outside work fills up early; inside work is easier to fit in over winter.

I'm based in Doncaster and most of my work is within the DN postcodes. I'll go further for the right job. If you're in Rotherham, Worksop, Selby or Goole, ask; I'll say yes to anything I can get to and back from without the machine spending the day on a lorry.
