Common questions
How much do footings cost for an extension?
From £95 per linear metre at around a metre deep. A typical 4m x 5m rear extension has 13 to 14 metres of trench.
Do you deal with building control?
Yes. We book the inspection and are there when they turn up. If they want it deeper, we price that before carrying on.
Can you do the slab and drainage too?
Yes, and it's better that way: footings, drainage, hardcore, membrane, insulation and slab on one schedule.
