Winter is when the inside work gets done.
From October to March I'm mostly indoors: kitchens, media walls, LVT and engineered flooring, and the smaller joinery that comes with them. Doors hung, skirting and architrave, boxing-in, a gate or a fence panel when the wind's had one. Most of the reviews on Google are for this kind of work — flooring especially is what I enjoy most.
The thing about doing joinery when you're also a plasterer and a decorator is that the job finishes. The flooring's level because the same eye that hung the door checked the subfloor first. The media wall gets plastered by the person who built it, so the corners are square. Nobody's leaving a snagging list for the next trade.
I build in MR MDF, oak-veneered ply and solid timber, hand-painted or sprayed. Nothing flat-packed, nothing off a shelf, nothing that comes with a 20mm gap to the ceiling and a strip of trim to hide it.

Do you do small joinery jobs?
Yes: doors, skirting, flooring, gates, boxing-in, shelving. A minimum of a day's work, priced by the job. Several of the Google reviews are for exactly this.
Hand-painted or sprayed?
Hand-painted gives a soft, slightly brushed finish and can be touched up easily. Sprayed is flawless and a bit dearer. Both are fine; I'll show you both.
Do you do LVT and engineered wood flooring?
Yes, and I level the subfloor first, which is the part most fitters skip. Karndean, Amtico, Quick-Step and the trade equivalents.
Can you match existing joinery in an older house?
Usually. Period skirting and architrave profiles are available or I can have a cutter made for a whole house. Sash windows and external joinery I'd send you to a specialist for.
Degree-qualified. Still in the digger.
Most of the people who'll quote you for this work are one or the other: a machine man who's never read a drawing, or a project manager who's never got his hands dirty. I'm both. Here's the story.
